As a follow up, after preforming a search of email, I found a Tesla email from 3/18/2024 offering the missing $700 expiring 4/8/2025, instead of the PowerShare equipment. With the additional $1,800 provided 6/27/2024, which expires 6/30/2025. On 12/6/2024 an additional email stated any remaining credit will be forfeited 12/7/2025.

The code for the $700 voucher would not be accepted by the Tesla store. After several, emails, app messages, visit to Tesla store, I was able to reach phone support who told me a different voucher number than included in the email that worked.
In the ongoing saga of what I can only interpret as Tesla’s deliberate efforts to lie and cheat its customers my order never arrived. In checking on the order’s status it doesn’t appear in my Tesla order history. I have a screenshot of my otder comformation number, but that’s it. In trying to resolve the issue I ran headlong into a system that can only have been deliberately configured to frustrate it users until they give up.

After 3 calls to support today, I was eventually given an email address and asked to send an explanation of my issue and supporting documentation to Tesla. After putting it together and sending it, the mailer daemon returned to me. The email I was provided doesn’t exist.

How I feel right now, I will forgo any transactions that involve me spending any more of my money on Tesla products. I certainly in good conscience could not recommend buying a Tesla to my friends.

I've felt like you have in several instances (them denying me several referral credits/rewards worth hundreds if not thousands), and stupid UTC times meant that on days that I still have free charging I was charged for it (if you're in PST, free supercharging ends at 4 or 5 PM the day it lasts till, not midnight as one might think).

I still found myself buying their products which is a horrible thing only a stockholm syndrome would do....

In my continued efforts to defend my rights I made contact via email with the Tesla Store at [email protected].

Subsequently, after providing additional documentation and a couple of email exchanges, I was notified the problem was resolved and I should re-order the items using my existing voucher code. The online store accepted my order and applied the voucher code for payment, then generated a confirmation order number. After 5 days, I have not received a confirmation email or shipping information. Checking my order history on line, reveals no evidence my order was placed. Searching for my order using my email and order number results in an order not found message. This is the same thing that happened before.

Today, I sent another inquiry to Tesla with screen shots of each of the above Tesla messages.

My difficulty in dealing with Tesla is reinforcing a durable memory that is likely to influence any further business with this company.
