Front License Plate - what are you doing about it?

Hey am I understanding correctly that I got my truck delivered without inspection? I am in NJ. Is that how Tesla does it? That is super annoying that I have to go get it inspected a brand new vehicle.

This is how it was. I was told how to open the door, how to "start" the car by sliding the car on the screen forward. I had to intuitively figure out the cameras and let and right turn.
