SO, to be clear, I have a Google Pixel phone, and for a long time, this feature only worked on iOS devices. Today, I happened to walk in front of my trucky and noticed something on the bumper, so I went in closer to look. After a few seconds, the truck made some noises and then the frunk opened.

Dunno if I missed this in the release notes, but it looks like this functionality has been expanded to some Android phones.

Dang. I guess I never step in front of my truck much except to admire it.

I think it's been out for a couple of months. I don't use it much. When I want it to open, I can't seem to stand still enough in the correct place yet when I'm washing the front of the truck, it opens. Go figure. I ended up turning the feature off.
