Twice FSD would have rear ended someone due to the extreme late braking in the CT if I wouldn't have driven off the road. I've not experienced that in FSD since V10. I hope that's resolved.
Same experience here! Was on a 55mph highway and I was coming up on a guy waiting to make a left. CyberTruck was not slowing down at all, and I got to test out the ABS by slamming on the brakes. Been using FSD since 2019 and while I've had to help it through plenty of situations, it's been a minute since I've had a real scare like this. I would think a stopped vehicle would be a simple test case.

Also hopped a curb in the same roundabout - twice. That roundabout is now my litmus test for whether the truck understands its turning radius.

I joke with friends that my Cybertruck identifies as a car.

There is an actual toggle for this in the autopilot settings. But seems there is a bug in 12.5.5 where it does not work.
That’s what I am currently experiencing. Thanks for the tips everybody

How’s it supposed to handle speed bumps? In my neighborhood I’ve seen it occasionally slow down for speed bumps and then one time it just drove right through them at 35 miles an hour which was pretty jarring.

Comfortable speed to take a speed bump here is about 25

Not just for YTs. I got mine yesterday and I never posted a video on social before. It seems it’s still random who gets the update.

What is ASS?
So many funny answers... "Actual Smart Summon" is what you are looking for. That's the summon version where you can call your CT from a parking spot to your location. Nice if you have a heavy cart of wood and don't want to shove the cart out to your car.

To me, the notable take-aways:
  • Obviously the intervention when it did not get into the right-turn lane to make a right.
  • It got into a left-turn lane (with left-turn traffic light) when it needed to go straight. I see that problem with FSD on the CT a lot.
  • Still goes too slow and refuses to go the speed limit in cases when it should be going at least the speed limit.
Still, the ride looks smooth. I'm anxious to give it a try myself!

Well. I just experienced an exciting new feature. Truck decided it wanted to race a Lamborghini Urus alongside it on the freeway. Then started drifting towards it on a bend.
