Updated my CT FS (Vin: 200xx, Delivered: July-05, Location: Round Rock - TX) last night.

The first trial: Drove it to McMasters park (7 miles trip on high way and city roads) for my daily walking routine. This FSD version (v12.5.5.3) seems to be smoother on braking which is a good improvement; and It does stop on traffic lights and STOP signs as expected. However, it doesn’t stop on red light before right turn. I performed a hard brake for avoiding accident (while my wife screamed for demanding me to brake) … an accident avoided.

Pls watch out if your routed driving path has some right turning on traffic lights.
Tesla Cybertruck FSD v12.5.5.3 Update arrives for Cybertruck IMG_1749

(I reviewed the incident on DashCam as above).

3 drives for me so far. It's gone on every green that it was the lead car. Nothing really stand out better or worse as of now.

I got it this am. Still mashes on the brakes at stop signs... Does seem to stay in the middle of the road now more than it used to.

Drove with update tonight and definitely feel some improvements but still not ready to master all of the construction on US19 in my area so I am still looking forward to the next update! and of course the A$$ that we are all waiting for will make me feel better too.

Same. Can't tell really any difference. I still have to make left turns for it.

I had two incidents with the new release. It overshot a driveway in the country and would have put us in a ditch if I hadn't jerked the wheel. Next, it turned into a narrow road so close to a Prius that we would have clipped its front had I not jerked the wheel again. Scared the sh!t out of my wife.

Tesla no longer asks for feedback. Is that true for everyone or did it just get tired of me? We live outside of a small town in the Texas Hill Country - lots of narrow winding roads with poor or no markings. Since the CT seems to like to take its half out of the middle, I don't like for it to drive that often.

No more feedback for me also. I wonder if the recent updates are more about improving data-collection for Tesla than they are abouy improving driving quality. As the granularity of the FSD issues get smaller, I assume my profanity is less helpful than solid telematics .

The stopping in stop-and-go traffic is worse. It was a bit white knuckle before, now I need my Hans device.

Updated yesterday. In the 1st drive this morning, it ran a red light and tried to go straight forward in a left turn only lane.
It's getting worse. For the previous update, it only turned into the opposite lane in my 1st drive. ?‍♂

Still some behavioral issues here too. Clipping Left turns, missing exit lanes, abrupt stops. I experience country roads in the middle too. It seems like the system is unaware wether or not the curve or hill is a blind one. Driving in the middle is great, and more safe, when you can see ahead. But for blind curves and hills, hugging the edge is the only way!

- getting snow here so not going to test as I assume I will get camera issues and will wait
- those using a new version with your wife are brave, my wife gets nervous when I drive, throwing fsd at her when it's trying to off everyone is a bold move!
- didnt have much issue with .2 previously (didnt use a lot)...after reading on .3 I think im going to take it out this morning in the fresh snow and find a switchable HOV lane - yolo!

Keep testing, we're progressing!

The stops are definitely worse, when the truck is almost stopped, it hits the brakes hard and then RELEASES them and I even get a little roll back. That never happened before this update. My truck no longer hugs the right side of the lane when there is a clear line...but it wanders back and forth between the right line and left line. And I would have come close to a few cars and stacks in the medium when making left turns.
