Had my VIN for 10 days. No Delivery date

Not to be condescending or anything, but you have two options.

• Go at the speed of Tesla
• Cancel delivery

Not much you can do except chill. It will happen when Tesla want it to and not a minute beforehand.

To be clear in not really upset. It's just a different time frame than my previous two Teslas. So I was gauging reality from people who have taken delivery.

I'm just eager after waiting 4.5 years

I got my VIN last Thursday, Feb 1. My delivery site is in Long Beach. I called them and they said my CT will be delivered on the 13th. I’m hoping at a couple days later, I’ll get my delivery date.

Hey, curious what your VIN is? Is it 14xx by any chance? I got my VIN the same day, and haven't been able to even get an estimate on when the truck will arrive to the service center. I'm in the Bay Area, but still I figure maybe they headed out on the same westbound train.

I got the VIN assigned 14xx on 2/1 and in the same boat. Complete silence from Tesla on the estimated delivery (except "in transit"). I can think of 2 reasons for the extended delays:

1. I read somewhere that Tesla might be stocking some new builds at the factory to resolve a "known issue" before shipment. If this is the case we might be in a grueling waiting for long
2. With the recent heavy rains some routs might be affected and they may want to play safe to avoid any logistics nightmares

Otherwise I am desperate to take delivery like everyone else.

True, I think I was over thinking it. I just looked at mine and the total 109k. Maybe I’m just used to lying to random people when they ask and I say 80k???

My VIN is 11* and I got my VIN assigned the 29th.

That seems reasonable that they be on the same train. I think I might have been lucky in calling Long Beach. I might have just got someone who wanted to be helpful that day!

I was assigned my VIN on 02/02 for pick up in Vallejo, CA (Bay Area). I called on Monday and was told my truck was in transit and scheduled to arrive between 02/08 and 02/10 in Vallejo. They will clean and inspect the truck and then contact me for delivery date, which I was told could take a day or two. I’m still hoping for delivery this weekend, but I’m assuming it will be next week.
