Hi everyone.
My cybertruck will be parked outside. I'm wondering if there are any covers on a market to protect it from a hail damage.
Thanks

My truck was caught in a random hail storm in school pickup line a few months ago. Hail was small (Dime sized). I sat and enjoyed the satisfying plink noises, while others were probably starting to panic as the hail started to get bigger. ?

I think the metal and glass would hold up to some pretty epic hail. Unlike my old Nissan Pickup I had in Tulsa, OK. One storm left so many small dents it looked like I worked the metal on purpose.

My CT was parked outside at my daughter’s house during Hurricane Milton She lost dozens of shingles and I watched from the window as many of them slammed into and scraped my CT. The only damage I sustained was a few superficial scratches on the stainless and some scratches on the driver’s window and center glass panel where the key card reader is. I am pretty sure I can polish out the stainless and I am going to attempt polishing the glass also with cerium oxide. Wish me luck!

I’d like to see a hailstone that can dent HFS, and the glass is very strong.

I’m looking forward to my first hailstorm hahahaha
I was gonna say the exact same thing. If the CT can take a bullet and grocery carts slamming into it, I think it can take hail :ROFLMAO:

I had mine this fall outside with golf-ball sized hail and I cringed as I watched it hit the CT. No damage at all. Not a ding or a scratch. I was more scared about the roof glass. It made it through like a champ.

The bullets, grocery carts, hammers, arrows were to the metal part of the door so we pretty much expected since 2019 that those parts would be tough.

Yup, the super huge and expensive windshield and the roof glass are the biggest concerns regarding hail.

I don't want the insurance company jacking the premium up because of hail cracking the super huge and expensive windshield and the roof glass.
