Inquiry@Hansshow tech support, after several days, gave no help.
When tried to unplug Screen Connector the orange buckle immediately broke off.
Unable to unlock and remove connector.
Anyone know how to remove the Screen connector since the release buckle is broken?
Asked Hansshow for help they basically told me to go to Telsla! Ouch..
If I can unplug the screen connector may be able to install the Switvel mount.
Again, anyone know how to release the screen connector with a broken release?
Q1) Is there a way (trick) to unlock a broken release screen connector? Mine is broken.
Q2) once removed is there a way to us it or do I need a new connector?
If so part number for a replacement?
