Service mode shows the corner is off though. So is the sensor the issue?
The bracket that holds the sensor could be a little crooked. Which in turn will throw off the reading from that sensor

Attached is a pic from online manual. Disregard the arrow. The bracket that holds the sensor can be not perfectly straight when it’s mounted. Under the truck look at the arm that goes from the sensor to the control arm and see if it is straight up and down. If it’s not then you will either have to loose the bolt that secures the bracket or bend the bracket a little bit until the arm is straight.

I just noticed this yesterday and was about to post it . The right rear wheel while in the parking lot was very high compared to the left. My question is does the cybertruck level itself when parked . I was under the impression it only did this in camp mode ..

The parking lots appeared to be fairly level . I will definitely keep an eye on this .

It only levels in tent mode.
Check when you park vs when you return to the truck. Can use off road mode's inclinometer too.

Yeah, but the sensor reading matches the lean of the truck. That is, rear right higher than rear left.

Odd as I thought that as well, but many times I’ve noted my Cyberbeast leveling at red lights or sitting stopped but in drive.
Currently though, & since delivery last Oct, I’ve been having loud vibrating noise and rat tat tat against metal sounds while my air compressor runs for an extremely long time before ever getting a loud burst of air and finally stops pumping. It’s also random.
I can make it louder or softer while driver by pressing the accelerator forcing the pump bracket against the chassis, I assume.
When I do diagnostics in service it all appears fine and mine is most often level while sitting in driveway.
However, if you go around all the wheel wells and measure from there to the ground surface, they are all at varying heights as my driveway slants for water runoff etc. which I again always understood that the truck was just leveling. The base of the truck is perfectly level to the horizon.

I also have the Cyber Tent installed and have run camp level mode and it works as expected.

Another note is I see many YouTube videos of guys raising or lowering their trucks ride height from outside the vehicle and it’s dead silent, as it should be. Mine sounds like a WWII battle tank spraying .50cal at a concrete wall.

It may be adjusting ride height at the lights. That makes all four corners the same height, but doesn't make the truck level.

If the truck adjusts itself with you in it, then you get out, it will change the heights. Changing ride height from the app avoids that issue if you are trying to check heights.

The compressor is on isolators, but sometimes they get out of place, or the fasteners get loose. Sounds like yours is contacting the chassis.

The first service report says that they did need to calibrate ride height. It was only correct afterwards.

It might be losing calibration, or there is an issue with the reference point itself causing the calibration to be wrong. I don't know if the reported values are direct from the sensor, or after calibration offset is applied.

Have you tried rebooting the truck?
Start with touchscreen reset. If that doesn't work, try power off.

Rebooted and same results.
Since people think it is the place I am parked, I did measurements at another location as well.

What order were the measurements taken in and was entry mode disabled? I'm trying to correlate the readings with inflation vs deflation events.

Set the truck at medium ride height. Then check readings. May have to roll forward or backwards to get it to stabilize. Readings should be zero. There is an allowance of +/- 5mm

I believe I started with Medium and then Low at both locations

Colorado springs service center has officially given up helping me. They told me to go find another service center.
