Hello All,

Been reading about all this camping and outdoor fun but I have a concern about the dust in the bed of the truck. I have a property that has a two mile drive down a private dirt road which is is fair condition. When I get to the bottom the bed of the truck is completely covered in heavy layer of road dust. Of course the tonneau cover is closed. This leads me to believe if I went camping off road there is no way I could sleep in the bed of the truck. I mean everything in the bed is covered with a layer of dust. Thanks for your responses.

This is an old question. Cut a strip of pipe insulation, and place it in the gap between the truck bed and the tailgate. Problem solved.

Could you supply more info and/or photos of the install?

Bring an electric blow with you to blow the dust out of the bed.
