My car died on the highway last week. It had to be towed to a Tesla service center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since that time, I have been trying to communicate with them on the app and tried to call them. I get no response. I am unable to contact any human being at Tesla anywhere. Does anyone know how to actually contact someone? I have filled in all my information in the messages in the service section of the app. But there is absolutely no response. If you attempt to call any Tesla service center, it simply says your appointment has been scheduled for….. press one to repeat this information. And there’s no date or time after the scheduled for.

It’s at this one?

2415 Elam Ln
Chattanooga, TN 37421

If so, call (423) 508-3519 and go through the menu. Forget the exact sequence, but you can get through to a service rep.

Thanks. That’s the exact number I called but it recognizes my cell number, tells me ā€œyour service appointment forā€¦ā€ silenceā€ has been confirmed. For more information use the service section on your Tesla appā€. There is no way to reach a human. I guess I will try to call on someone else’s phone.

I’m on X now trying to see if anyone knows what to do. In the past I could get service directly on the phone but it’s like in the past week they built a firewall to stop human contact. Heck, give me Optimus. Just someone tell me there is a plan.

Use *67 in front of the number so they don't know who is calling.

They are currently pulling the log and data history with the tech’s. Patience and temperance are virtues…that NO CT buyer has!! Otherwise we’d be in a Honda Civic!!

Might try from someone else's phone, which is crazy as they should pick up exiting customer's calls first.
Also I have had issues where I literally had to walk into the service center, sit at a desk, and not leave until someone spoke with me. Tesla is the most advanced car company out there but sometimes standing in front of someone is the best option.

Tesla taught us patience from Nov 2019 - Nov 2023

Best way I found is walk in and corner the delivery specialist.

Call the sales department and ask them to transfer you to the service department. Worked for me a couple of years ago when I couldn’t get a human to talk to.

7 days with the ā€œtechnician field specialistā€- still not ready and they don’t have a clue yet it seems. They still can’t move it. I asked them to at least PowerShare charge it but they haven’t. I asked them to not let it go to zero battery. It arrived at 37% and just sitting it’s at 9% and will just sit over the weekend- and not charging. Really depressing. I actually hope it now lemons out- I had plans of driving this 30-40k per year. Now I’m afraid to leave the city and have to deal with an out of town service center again. Franklin TN service is superb- if you walk in there (no longer can call them direct). If it does- I’ll get a CB. A guy can ? dream. I have discerned getting something different but once I drove and owned the CT- there’s nothing that compares.
