Tesla has only the one two-door, the Roadster. The market for two-door trucks isn't very large, and Tesla tries to only address large markets.
I would like a small, two-door, utility truck, but it's an unlikely thing at the moment.

I think the "European Car Market" would be classed as quite substantial, seeing as the full size CT just wouldnt be practical on Europes relatively narrower roads and parking spaces.
That sketch of the 2 door CT seen at the Petersen last December would be perfect for our roads.
