Horn is Weak Sauce

I encountered a situation requiring me to use my horn and I was SHOCKED at just how weak the sound was. Seems considerably quieter than our X.

The CT is big...why such a small horn? Is there any way to turn it up?

Sadly, I'm pretty sure the person in front of me busy texting while stopped at a green light didn't even hear my honk...

I don't think the phrase "requiring me to use my horn" means what you think it means.

I think the horn is the PWS speaker? It's certainly not as loud as, say, an air horn lol.

I accidentally triggered the security alarm when I was fussing with the truck remotely via the app, and I could barely hear it inside from the driveway.

I don’t know if the horn uses the outside speaker but the walk away lock sound is very low volume. Way lower than my Model Y.

Can you do a small video of the standard lock and unlock horn sounds of the cybertruck and post it here if possible please? I’ve been wondering what it’ll sound like for a while now.

Ah yes, now I remember where I've heard this sound before...

The Cybertruck horn doesn’t sound like a meep. Might be they put in the wrong horn. All teslas have honks and the Cybertruck horn is especially loud. In the video I posted the Cybertruck horn sounds nothing like that beetle.

Maybe they accidentally set the horn to use the interior speaker on your truck. ?

Same. I noticed this with the megaphone, lock sounds, etc. Everything is much more quiet than our Y and 3. Hopefully this gets corrected with a software update.

Can you post a small video of the lock horn sounds of the cybertruck here if possible please? I've been wondering how it sounds for a while now! Or can anyone else with a cybertruck do it?

I can only get it to do one of the funny sounds, not the horn sound, So I chose the chirp alarm sound.

So the cybertruck doesn't have a default lock and unlock horn sound, like the other teslas do? Maybe do a video of the chirp alarm sound I'm curious what it sounds like since my 2018 model 3 dual motor doesn't have that change alarm feature.
