Do they stay locked when you're at a red light or come to a stop for a given amount of time?
I've had the truck go into park at a red light and before. I don't know if it was something I did with the pedales or just too much time not moving. and had to put it back in drive with my finger after stepping on the gas pedal and nothing happened. the first time this happened to me on delivery day it took me a couple seconds to figure out what happen with traffic behind me. Does that mean the doors would all be unlocked if it goes into park while you're at a red light? that's probably the most important time to stay locked not while you're moving. I don't know that there are too many criminals that would be jumping into moving vehicles. especially ones that can go 0 to 60 in 2.4 seconds. With no door handles . which by the way is a good deterrent, and you figure that most criminals are too stupid to figure it out. for now but they will figure it out sooner or latter.
Anytime you want to ensure your doors are locked, just look at that small lock icon on the top of the screen. If it has the unlocked lock, then simply push it and it will show the lock icon.

you don't think that the car going into park either accidentally by the driver or automatically by the car during a worst-case scenario the road is blocked, and someone is trying to enter your car you have to shift into reverse, and you put it in park instead just as they find the door button, they unlock is a problem? I would rather have control over the locks except in a crash scenario that makes perfect sense. I would even take that a step further if the car has crashed and came to a stop with a short delay to make sure there are no other cars still moving that are involved. then not only unlock the doors but open them and lower the windows automatically. any way if a fire is outside you still don't want to stay in the vehicle and if you crashed and went over the bridge and landed in water, I think it's best to lower the windows. and give you a better chance of escape.

I'll try this lock icon. I found it interesting that no one has ever said unlock the door it won't open while they are pushing the button. only thing I do get from people trying to get in is "how do you open the door there is no handle. I'll be like push the button man up here. "Where I don't see any buttons. its right there the little white dot. oh, this one. then they push it, and it opens every time. never had an instance where it was locked. after realizing this I looked around the interior and, in the screen, but I found nothing to simply lock the doors from inside. I missed the little, tiny lock symbol at the top of the screen. the only thing I saw under locks in the menu were child window locks, and lock when you walk away. some other settings but no lock doors button.
I think it unlocks when in park(it’s a setting) when I’m picking someone up, and they are walking to the door, while I’m in drive, I get a prompt that comes out of the lock icon that says “Unlock passenger door?”
