How do you request Form 15400 (CT under LLC)

Before I order the CT (all wheel drive, <80K) under an LLC, it says that the vehicle is covered for the 7,500 tax credit. But now, I cant generate or request the form? Am I missing anything please help!

Typically you'd file for the tax credit when you file your annual taxes for the LLC.

That is the form from 2023 for the 30D Clean Vehicle Credit.
Business are 45W Qualified Commercial Vehicle, no form from Tesla needed to file IRS form 8936 with your taxes.
Also, the business credit has no MSRP limit.
