How long does it take to get off factory firmware

nope, a rep told me it was not abnormal to take up to 30 days. It’s staged off of vin.

I’m in the same boat. Took delivery Saturday. We also have a MY with FSD - so it’s a massive bummer to go from having those features to nada.
Really hope it gets pushed before our Thanksgiving road trip!

I was in the same situation 2 weeks ago going to Arkansas. Trip was good but would’ve been better with FSD

Hopefully for all you guys who have not received FSD for the 30-day trial, that the 30-day trial doesn't start until you actually receive FSD.

Which I assume that will be the case...
