How long will it take to receive the $2500 PowerShare voucher

My Cybertruck has been delivered over one week, but still waiting for my PowerShare voucher. Shall I reach out to Tesla customer service?

Service Advisor said he's share the Qmerit Powershare survey link, which he did not. Found it on here.

Make sure you find the email with the subject: "Get Powershare Home Backup"
I also got this the day of delivery but almost missed it. Check your spam folder too.

Just checked and don’t see anything. Did you complete a survey first? I never got a survey either post delivery.
