How many thousands of dollars for rubber repair?

That seems really steep for trim and wind noise issues, especially at just 8,150 miles. I’d get a second opinion before approving anything, maybe even ask if a local glass shop can handle the windshield assembly more affordably. Also, it might be worth checking if CarShield or a similar extended coverage plan could help offset some of the cost.

Nope. I stuffed it back in with my finger…it doesn’t sound like they have a real “official” fix yet for the trim glue problem…Tesla doesn’t understand adhesives very well.
