At some point the profile in the account would need to be changed to the new owner. Everthing from wallet to the method of payment for supercharging is linked to the vin. If the right of first refusal holds for one year they could set up tripwires. I imagine all depends if the right of first refusal is enforced.

The address and region of the Tesla account attached to the truck, will give clues if operating outside the country or region it was originally registered in. So, as pointed out above, "GPS".

I say try it and find out. Do you really want to risk the purchase, the ability to purchase, and $50K on top of that? There are many easier and less risky ways to make money.

Supercharging is tied to a credit card. If it changes to someone else’s credit card, they got you.

unlimited supercharging and
unlimited idle fees and
unlimited merch from the Tesla store!!! in your sale?

Based on the fact that all reservation agreements recognized that the reservation was not being made for resale purposes, I'm guessing the no resale clause will be there until the Cybertruck is no longer production limited. At least the first year or maybe even two.

I'm not sure if you guys aware the " Cybertruck MotorVehicle Pre-Order Agreement Terms & Condions " no where it say that you cant sell the CT..

it showed after I placed the order paid 250$ and loan approved , after they run my credit
