That is the preorder agreement not the sales contract. Something that hasn't been mentioned is that the FS comes with FSD, but Tesla historically disables FSD on resale unless the sale goes from and to an individual, so they could easily disable FSD in a car and it would immediately be worth $8,000 less. They can also refuse to allow supercharging. There are lots of things they 'can' do. The question is whether you want to be on that side of the fence.I'm not sure if you guys aware the " Cybertruck MotorVehicle Pre-Order Agreement Terms & Condions " no where it say that you cant sell the CT..
