Hello everyone, I wanted to make this post to see if anyone had any suggestions on how to approach my situation. So back on 02/10 I took my CT in to have a faulty charge port door sensor replaced and since I was bringing it in I added a few things to the ticket. Cantrail recall, vibrating door, air leak in rear passanger window, and tonneau water leak. Upon creating the ticket I was informed by the SC that my vehicle was in a range of VINs that may have a defective battery and that it may be needing replacement. Upon bringing it in they told me they would be replacing it. The SC had my car for a week and gave me a loaner. I get my CT back on 02/17 and drove it home. Drove it normally on the 18th and 19th without issues and then once I get in to drive on Friday afternoon I'm hit with a bunch of errors related to the high voltage battery. The truck won't shift into drive and is pretty much bricked outside of the touchscreen and being able to put it into tow mode.
I then contacted roadside assistance and to make a long story short they struggled to get a tow truck to my house (I live in a suburb outside of Cleveland only about 40 min away from a SC not in a rural area). Spent from about 2pm to 6pm getting a tow and ended up having to contact AAA and get my own tow service because Tesla's providers kept cancelling after confirming they were on their way (happened twice!). We did not manage to get the vehicle to the SC until around 7:30 pm which is after hours. The SC stopped responding to my messages around 4 PM where I was told I could not get a loaner vehicle until the vehicle was inspected and deemed to need to be in service for more than a day. Well now there is presumably no one I can talk to because the SC is closed until Monday and I'm stuck without a car until at least then.
I guess I'm mostly writing this out of frustration and wanting to know if anyone's gone through anything similar. Is there a way I can get a hold of someone on the weekend to at least get a loaner? Would tesla be able to reimburse me if I rented a vehicle for the weekend from a 3rd party?
