How to make playlists?

Yeah, I'm old...
So, I have a thumbdrive with a boatload of CD's ripped to it. The truck will happily play whatever disc/song I choose.
How do I create playlists of specific Songs and/or CD's?

Well, the major thing I want to be sure of is that whatever tool I find/use to make playlists, makes them in a way that the CyberTruck will use.
Do you know if WinAmp will do that?

I think the playlist format is a universal standard that all players interpret. I've opened them in the past with notepad. .m3u is a simple text-based playlist format that lists file locations which is widely used. I've not tried it with Tesla but I bet it works. Winamp is listed under the section Playlist generation at the following link
