I love my Ct AWD VIN 52k 2024, non-FS. So, not a hater. But, my CT has spent 22 days in service out of my 60 days ownership.

Does anyone know how to talk to a human at Tesla? I have > $4K in out of pocket expenses b/c the truck left me stranded, not to mention work trips that had to be moved and cut short because they threatened to charge me $100/day storage if I did not get back to the service center that is 3 hours away that my new CT left me stranded near. There is absolutely no way to talk to a human except to walk to a store and they tell you to go on the app and the app says make a service appointment and the the service department says they can't help with any logistics about .... etc etc. I really don't want to do the lawyer thing b/c I'm small and Tesla is big. But just out of principle, this is simply awful. They have the most reliable cars on earth (until the CT which we know has had its bumps). SO... they simply do not appear to be equipped to deal with customers.

Please....any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I can always get ahold of my SC. you have to go through the menu of course but it can be done. I think it goes vehicles then service. If they don’t answer just call again.

“We recognize your number. You have no service appointments scheduled. To schedule a service, open the Tesla App, select Service, and select your service center. Thank you.”

I will try to hide my number next time with *67

Yea if they see your number you get routed to "use the app" if you use *67 you will get to hold.
Best to just walk into the service center, only real way to talk to a person.

How has your truck been in service for weeks without a service appointment tied to your app? Did you just drop it off and never generate a ticket with your service center?

I'm a little confused ?
Is your truck at an SC? Typically when you have a service appointment, you can just directly text the rep team. Until you actually have an appointment, however, it's hard to get ahold of a service rep.

If your truck is at an SC and has an appointment, how are you having a hard time contacting them?

Not trying to be difficult, just in my experience I have (1) created an appointment, (2) text them info, (3) appointment drop-off, then (4) fairly open communication throughout the process until pickup. Obviously that's not how it's going for you, but I'm unsure at which point in the process the problem began.

I live almost an hour from my SC but the best way for any issues that require a real discussion is to go down there. Otherwise I’ll use the app chat & usually they’ll call me if I pester them enough. Going down to the SC & using social skills is the best way unfortunately.

Whenever I have a problem I contact service through the app and they respond promptly. I have charted back and forth with messages and they have called me about my concerns. I can see being far awa a challenge but I would message them through the app. Explain the situation and request a phone call. I guess if you live in Tucson and Phoenix is the closest SC it is challenging. But again use service on app and see if communication improves

Never buy a car in the first 2 years of existence give them time to fix everything. My personal rule BTW.
