The 14-30R ajdelange suggested will work and it's the least cost solution. You might also consider getting the Tesla Wall Connector it's pricey at $500, but its a bit of a cleaner setup and you can leave the mobile cord in your trunk for when you are on the road.

I actually suggested a 14-50R which I expect costs no more than a 14-30R because they are identical except for the neutral pin (which actually isn't used in this application but I do suggest you make your electrician pull 6/3 and wire it so you can plug other things into this receptacle if you want or need to). One of the reasons I suggested No. 6 was because you can put that behind a 60A breaker and install an HPWC comissioned to its maxiumum capacity. So if you go the 14-50R route be sure to have the electrician leave enough of a loop behind the wall or between the studs to allow later installation of wall mounted EVSE should you later decide you want to do so.

A NEMA 14-50 in the US. EVs pull a resistive load, of which you don't have to exceed 80% of the circuit capacity. So for a 30a load (it'll actually be about 32a) a forty to fifty amp circuit is what you need. (Fifty is just a more common outlet, hence suggesting it.)
