Just got invited on my first reveal day reservation…SO TEMPTED to order FS CB (Showing Oct-Dec 2024 delivery) and selling FS AWD at that time.

I also got my second reservation invite and had originally planned to consider getting a non-FS Cyberbeast with Range Extender. I'm wondering if I can push this out for the non-FS.

For me , it was time line.

When I configured on 03/15, CB was "Late 2024" and I thought, in Tesla-time, that could be 2025, haha!! I was tired of waiting and took FS AWD.

Now, October is only two months away, haha!! And Telsa seems to have accelerated deliveries a bit (though I still see some delays with CB vs AWD of course).

So now the question is: Is the $20k worth the better 0-60 (and I'm sure the 5-60, 30-60, etc are much improved) , Alcantara dash, and lightbar haha!!

Knowing me, I'll end up throwing down the $1,000 and see what happens.

For me yes. I had 0 interest in cybertruck at all until i saw the 0-60 of the beast. Its the unique combination of the size/design/truck with that speed that got me looking to buy one. If it was just a regular sedan that had fast 0-60 like the S plaid, no interest, just the odd looking designed truck, no interest, but the combination of the 2 is the only reason Im interested.

AWD is plenty fast for me. I end up speeding a lot by accident lol
