Just took delivery (AWD Premium)! Does this mean what I think it means?

there is talk of new hardware (AI 4.5) going into performance y’s. The telltale sign is the fully enclosed camera house (should also solve the off gassing issue forcing the camera cleaning). Apparently the new chip has 3 processors on them for redundancy vs 2. This might indicate that they are shipping the new hardware on the cybertrucks.

When I saw your camera picture, I couldn't figure out what you were trying to show. So, I did my due diligence and googled "Cybertruck front camera". The ones that were most clear were from a year ago and they looked like yours. Maybe I didn't notice a difference.

The black is printed onto the windshield, same as the the edges. It hides the adhesive that bonds the camera shield mounting bracket.

AP45 was just a number on stuff. Tesla clarified that there is no 4.5 hardware.
