Had the truck over a year, still have neither. Elon just spent over 5k on lawyers and arbitration instead of just giving me the 5k he owes me. Ludicrous. Really being efficient over there at Tesla.

I can honestly say this is my 3rd Tesla, and it will be my last.

Arbitration attached.

First off, Elon didn't spend anything nor did Elon deprive you of anything, so this post is just rage-bait.

Take care of your gripes with timelines on your own accord. No need to announce your departure from the brand.

I'm sorry fan boy I did not realize he retired from Tesla, who is the new CEO?

when you promise things to your customers and fail to deliver something that was paid for over a year ago, it's not the person who promised its fault?

looks like they paid a little over $3k ($3,720.00), and all you get is $1k IF the lightbar is not available by the end of the year. Considering some people already got one, I don't see this as likely at all.

You get the exact same deal for the powershare, $2,500 store credit OR the installer gets the equipment and $4k if you can manage to arrange a setup.

imo:
1. you asked for $8k
2. they gave $3k to their lawyer buddies
3. and you got nothing.

I originally asked for 8k yes, I have received some of the items and by the end I only asked for 5k. But yeah, I got basically nothing, they still owe me everything, they spent 4k. Arb fees plus their lawyer.

Since you are too emotionally immature to understand that a CEO didn't make any individual promises to you, I don't think anyone here will be able to help you.

Go vent on reddit or x ?‍♂
