Just went to attempt to pick up my CT

Heard another buyer had luck yesterday going to my SC and asking for their truck, and it worked.

So, I tried today, and they said ok but we don't have time to detail it. To which I said ok.

They went to the back, and came out 10 minutes later and said they ran out of the repair part, don't know when they'll get more, and can't give me the car ?

SO frustrating.

Anyway here's a picture of my truck that's been on the lot for almost a month.

Man that hurts, but at least it'll be one less return trip to service and detail when you get it.

I had a similar experience in GA. Got an original call that it was ready for pickup, then everything went dark. No one could tell me the status online. Ended up going to the delivery center, and got my truck the next day. There is some disconnect between online advisors and the delivery location
