Lane Departure Avoidance Question

I know lane departure avoidance has been brought up many times - I did a search. BUT, I am confused, and have a question.

My Cyberbeast is on Software V12 (2024.20.9). Some other owners have mentioned they HAVE lane departure assist working on their trucks. I only have the option to either turn OFF or select Warning. In either case, I don't receive any warning (aural ) or assist (nudge on the wheel). The only indication I see visually on the screen is that the adjacent lane turns BLUE as I drift into a marked lane.

I opened a ticket for my truck and got a text saying this is "normal" and that "depending on the date of manufacture, software version, and vehicle configuration, your vehicle may not be equipped with Lane Departure Avoidance, or the feature may not operate exactly as described."

So my question is: Does your truck have a functioning Lane Departure Avoidance? What range is your VIN if its working?

No one has functioning lane departure avoidance. It's part of the FSD release coming. The only thing we currently have is the visual indicators of vehicles next to you when changing lane.

Well, looks like TESLA service is confused also, becasue this is what they texted me..

Also, others here have said they do in fact HAVE Lane Departure working.

When I have lane departure avoidance turned to warning and drift outside my lane, my Cybertruck beeps at me and the screen turns red and states to maintain control of your vehicle. The CT does not force me back in the lane, it just beeps and alarms on the screen.
