Plano Lexington TX SC told me that since it only happens in Winter, just live with it because it'll be too tight for summer. I did the rod fix mentioned here and no issue both winter and summer. DFW SCs suck so much...
Tried to get them to fix an occasional frunk issue, and they ask me if I'd like to "gamble" $230 diagnostic fee if they cannot reproduce the issue.
At least they don't leave the truck in parking lot for days without working on it like Democracy SC did.
best to menu/service/windows/recalibrate seasonally

Here is my rear passenger side. Its like the whole glass needs to be adjusted inward somehow. There is "pitch" adjustment screw inside the door panels that I have not tried yet as I don't really have a warm place to dismantle. Anybody ever try the "pitch" adjustment in the door to try to make the glass a little more flush with B pillar?

Does anybody else's look this bad?

Yes, all of mine look that bad on my 2025.

Did you see the posts over here: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.co...rtruck-window-air-leak-in-cold-weather.55620/

TLDR, the cantrail fix causes the window to be pushed out too far when rolled all the way up. I assume that the factory didn't want to stress the window, so they purposely started adjusting the windows outward on all of them?

Correcting it would require removing the cantrail to take the spacers off and then removing the door assembly to adjust the window outward. While in there, would probably be a good idea to remove the window and use noise deadening spray to prevent future rattles in the door.
