the other noise I'm getting

Ah, the whistling noise!

I get that too but only when there's wind and only when, I think, it is a cross breeze going across the front of the car. I want to say when the wind crosses the frunk. I know it's exterior wind bc the noise goes away if I drive by a large building / vehicle / or telephone pole that blocks the wind. Now, it doesn't happen all the time either, and usually only when I'm driving around 25-35mph.

I've always wondered if the cause is due to slightly misaligned frunk to front quarter panel.

Wind noise could be front drive unit issue. My CT had wind noise coming from front dash area. I thought it was air intrusion from windshield seals. Not it.

bad bearing or component in the FDU (front drive unit)

Tesla replaced it and the noise is gone. Super quiet ride now. Check the screenshot from recent service visit. Maybe same issue
