I have the same vibration in my passenger rear. I took it to the SC and they told me to turn down the bass/sub. I said really? Once it's warmer I plan to rip out the back and start with some sound mat I have laying around from my Bronco stereo project.

I get a vibration sound near the Subwoofer area (OEM subs). Service confirmed that there is an engineering issue with the overlay piece vibrating with the bass. Anyone else get these types of sounds from back seat area? Unfortunately, nothing to be done at the moment. I wondering if I added some padding or damping material to the contact points if it will help resolve it.
Yes I get the same vibration. Somewhere in the back seat passenger head area. I didnt take the truck apart to find the exact spot but I assumed it was somewhere inside the panels. I think a fix would be to add padding/damping material for sound.

Thank you for that, I'll take a look for it. It's absolutely annoying. Even when I have the bass turned pretty low you hear sub par quality and vibration on the lows.

When I initially told my SA about it he gave the look like "yeah, we've seen this before"... that, yup... another one look. After, they told me that it's a known issue and caused by the floorboard carpet area vibrating. Here is the verbatim invoice feedback...

I was wondering if the vibration sound was just on mine or others. Thank you for confirming.

I get the vibration / rattle sound from the passenger rear side and only with certain bass heavy songs, and only when volume is…I’d say above 50-60%.

I was debating if I should bring this up at my service appointment but I guess not.
I have the same weird vibration/rattle in the same area. I have CS look at it twice, while better still not quite right.

I brought mine into service for two vibrations. One vibration sound at the driver side dash and another vibration in the rear. The dash vibration was addressed but the rear required a new headliner that wasn't stocked at the service center. I have a mobile service appointment tomorrow to have the rear headliner replaced to hopefully address rear vibration noise.

I shoved some hand towels between the truck and the carpet under the rear seats and it fixed all my sub rattle vibration issues lol

Nice! Whatever works! I haven't checked into it, I'll need to pull the service docs, but does it just pull back or is there clips? I was thinking of lining the contact points with felt or something with dampening qualities.

Update: I think the Woofer docs are missing, but I found this one

I used that dynamat on a previous truck and it did wonders. One day I may do that to these speakers. Helps with road noise also

Sub woofers causing other things to rattle? Go figure...

Well, I think the stock speakers are just fine and as long as I'm not trying to push too much bass, I don't get any rattles or noises at all...
