Wondering if there is an ongoing list here of the production changes in the ? to date. I tried a search but couldn’t find anything definitive. I’m in Canada waiting for a Beast VIN at some point a working to control my excitement level. ?

I haven't seen a list. But, if someone with a higher VIN than mine could confirm, I'd say the first two changes of note:
1. New Accelerator pedal WITHOUT rivet.
2. Wiper motor housing that doesn't crack.

They also updated the cross cover assembly that had to be removed during the Cybertent installation and replaced after tent use, to now instead of removing tedious screws mounting the trim cross piece to now allowing it to essentially snap back into place.

This is the trim piece that goes across the back of the roof line where the tent sits against the rear of the cab. Prior to this, it was not only tedious to perform this step each time setting up the tent, but could also allow dropped bolts into the tight workspace or down into the tonneau cover Mechanism.

It's way easier, unfortunately, Tesla never updated the setup manual, so we were spinning those screws for an hour until I watched a YT video. They just pop out.

LOL, yea I saw a YT video from ‘Now you know‘ channel with Zach and Jessie, an earlier VIN model where they had a bear of a time with those screws. then later as you have, a video where that cover simply snapped off and back into place.

It made setup maybe 3 min for us.

Pretty nice...I actually love the tent. It was a great voucher purchase.

Same here, love the tent concept as I dont yet have my truck in inventory/app to be able to order the tent, it’s also currently on B/O in the store. Once I get my Cyberbeast, I will definitely be ordering the tent using my $2500 voucher as we already have the Tesla solar roof with powerwalls and wall connector.
Tesla still has to update the firmware on the gateway & inverters etc to allow Powershare integration with existing solar systems with Powerwalls.
Even with whole house backup install, we have one panel on a house addition that is not backed up by the powerwalls and I could still use the voucher on the gateway/wall connector combo just to manually back that panel up using Powerhare, however my Tesla roof installers think they can work their magic with another gateway and battery for the one remaining panel and forgo the PowerShare route. But I would still want, once firmware is updated, be able to utilize the PowerShare and Tesla updates firmware for integration of PowerShare.

There usually is no information from Tesla per se. You may find some individuals trying to track it, but they are seldom complete.

One method is to look at the parts listing and see if a new part has been added.

But there are often production changes on how they do things, something that users will never notice.
And of course there are changes from the suppliers that shouldn't impact anything, but using some soap to make it easier to assemble the accelerator ended up being a big deal.

The BIGGEST changes are usually in the software. Some of these are mentioned in release notes.

This is the way that Tesla does all of their vehicles.

solid rubber gasket on back window
Back of cab painted below glass
Actually it's not painted below the glass. They changed to a new PTED system and are now using black pigment in that process so it's no longer a greenish color. The whole body is dipped into a tank and electrocoated. Pre-Treatment and Electro Dip (PTED)

In this video the car has gone through the PT portion (cleaning oils and dirt) and is being Ecoated which is gray pigment but once baked in the oven it turns the greenish color. The CT's below about 25,000 were ran through the model Y process. The CT now has its own process which uses black pigment instead of gray.

Great explanation and detail!
