Soon to be sold by every Tom, Dick and Harry dropshipper but currently already available while simultaneously being “developed” by various thread editing vendors. Price seems comparable with the 20% discount they have advertised.
According to the linked site, at your doorstep in less than a week and doesn’t require you to DM anyone, sign a dignity waiver or enter into a vaguely ruled competitions which likely requires cheating on Amazon reviews and fucking over your co-customers. Nothing of the sort.
No need to show any “love” in order for them to be willing to take your money.
This has been the case for at least two weeks now that I know of

So just to be clear. I have no interest or affiliation with the above vendor or product. I just experience a particular annoyance when I see someone trying to pull the wool over the eyes of a community I consider to be quite intelligent and for the most part, my friends.
In the past, when I called this behavior out , my posts were swiftly deleted and that made me even more irked so I decided to share the info in my own thread this time which I expect will also be ultimately eliminated.
Use it or don’t use it, respond or don’t, love it or hate it. Whatever you like. Visibility bumps would be much appreciated though.

FWIW I hope you have a great experience with the vendor in question which I’ll admit. I myself have done in the past. I just wish they represented themselves more truthfully on here.

I have ordered from these guys before to only be told afterwards that they don’t have stock. It took a month to cancel. May not be the case this time, but I wouldn’t bet on it.

That’s happened to me with virtually all of them. As my friend @CT_AZ_4x4 called them, “ they are propogamdists for state-controlled profiteers.”
I just hate the blatant lying. It really bothers me.
Last time I tangled with this particular purveyor of chinesium it’s because they posted a thread claiming they “engineered” a new TPE mat to cover the rear underseat area which I had installed in my car for over a year and had bought on Amazon for $25. I’ll let you take a scientific wild ass guess as to what they were selling it to our fellow interested forum members for after the usual “DM me for a promo code” BS.
When I pointed it out, they swiftly deleted my posts and edited the thread to look like I was somehow complimenting the outrageous untruths they were telling. Infuriating albeit predictable. “Sponsors”’on here have carte Blanche to do essentially whatever they want with these threads.
I’m all for businesses doing what they need to in order to make sales, but not with ruthless disregard for customers on somebody else’s land where they can’t be chased or held accountable.
This btw was the item they claimed they were hard at work “developing” last time.

It is funny that people will buy 100k vehicle but for a couple hundred bucks we are ready to give “honest” reviews. Me being one of those initially, but I refuse to do them now.

I have seen a couple vendors banned from here, so there is some hope.

In several instances I was offered free products which required purchasing them on Amazon, writing basically a blowjob of a review and then receiving a PayPal refund.
So, “please help us deceive other customers and we will give you the product for free.”
I don’t understand how anyone can think that’s ethical.
You don’t get the refund unless they approve of your review.

One of them - I asked for a refund upfront before posting the review and told them I will be fair in my review and not biased. They agreed to both- that “sponsor” is no longer on this site though.

What's the deal with these products? Do all the vendors get together to place an order with a manufacturer to hit the MOQ then try to sell as many as they can without undercutting each other and still be profitable?

Sure sounds like it. I started corresponding with one of the guys that works at one of those business a few months ago with the strict notion of NOT doing any business. Nice enough guy. Just graduated from college and likes to travel. Sent me some cool pics of trips he made to Tibet.
Only job he could get right out of college according to him.
Anyway, the reason I’m telling you this is that it sounds like an extremely tyrannical employment environment and he is more often than not quite sad and depressed.
They are given very little flexibility to make decisions, don’t earn well and are frequently blamed for anything that goes wrong.
I don’t exactly know what the business practices are but the employment practices sound awful and I don’t envy the guys we chat to on here. I actually kind of feel for them.

Bump. What about the one CTmods did with their contest, where the winners ended up receiving a 20% coupon instead of actually winning the prize they won and advertised. In addition - and don't quote me because I don't know the accuracy of this statement, just an observation, but if you watch the last video Tesstudio posted for the new screen swivel review, the reviewer kept saying I got this from Tesstudio or CTmods, so they might be the same people. I doubt a reviewer posting a video of a product would shout out a competitor.

I'd have no issue with this if the review was actually honest. Good or bad. I've gotten a bunch of products for the CT that I do think are great, (I purchased every one of them). However, like in the medical industry, they figured out that people are more inclined to push their product or be biased towards it for a free lunch. Sales reps never make it past my front desk in my office.

Amen. The relationship between reps and docs requires a zofran to witness a lot of the time.
It’s not an accident that they are often young women who look a certain way too.
