I’m getting frustrated and need some guidance here.

bought a new 60xxx vin in February of this year and it’s been back at Tesla 3 times for this issue. First time they replaced the 12v system and harness. 2nd time they replaced PCS and identified a pin that was throwing the issue and replaced. Now it’s back in a 3rd time. I live in California so the climate is pretty moderate. Don’t notice any patterns when this happens, battery could be full, 50%, or empty.

is this only an issue with 60,xxxx and prior VINs or are new facing the same issue?

im debating whether to force Tesla to buy it back and then I get a new one with later vin or just give up on the CT until they work out all the gremlins? Im bummed because paid $5k for the wrap and will probably lose that in the buyback.

If I buy a new Cybertruck will they just give me one sitting in inventory or a new one from factory with hopefully less issues ?

I got this error today while driving down to Florida from Pennsylvania, unfortunately it happened right as I was getting on the highway. I was able to pull to the side of the road safely and exit walk around the car and get back in. The notification went away upon doing that. I also got the error with the rear axle and turtle mode. Everything cleared after Reese entering the car I did a screen restart as well just to be safe, it seems to be OK right now. I called Tesla emergency hotline and they told me if it happens again. I can just pull into a service center driving down south. I had my Starlink refrigerator and a wheelchair charger in the trunk all plugged in so I unplugged a couple things. I wonder if it’s that.

Here’s what service mode showed
If your loads were on the bed outlets, they should not have triggered LV errors. 48V powered accessories might, but the vehicle should theoretically drop those if power generation is limited.
It may be that one of the two DCDC converters that turn the HV into 48V had a momentarily issue.

Bad connector pins are a pain to troubleshoot because they can work a lot of the time. Depending on the issue, they may need to replace both sides of the connection at the same time (if bad connector is damaging good connector).

Shouldn't be anything VIN range related unless a process went off in the harness/ module process. If that occurred, OEM has build tracking information to fix the impacted vehicles.
