How is this possible? They are not approved in Canada??

Correct. My reservation was placed the night of the unveiling at Tesla.com/cybertruck as instructed by Elon. Turns out this was the US site so my res in the US. Then Tesla released a program for long term shareholders to get their truck sooner, so I sent that documentation and was approved. On May 24th I received an email to pay an additional $1,000 and complete my order, which I did. All info I provided (and they have on file) states that I’m in Canada. Now I keep getting texts from Tesla support asking me to finish the delivery info so they know where to send my truck. Problem is there in no option in the app for Canada! ?‍

Well I hope it works out for you, as I have heard they were cancelling all Canadian orders on the US site.

Yeah we’ll see. I can’t imagine they’d do that when they’ve already taken my $.
I also placed an order on the Canadian site so they can transfer it over when the time comes.
