I got 13.2 installed this morning! Went to test it out on my morning drive. The truck was coated in frost this morning. The windshield was fogged up on the inside. FSD would not engage, which I kind of expected.

After 5 minutes of driving in the sun with defrost mode going, everything was looking good. Much to my dismay, FSD would still not engage. About 10 minutes later I got it to engage near the end of my drive.

When I reached my destination, I decided to wipe down all of the cameras from the outside, to make sure my return trip would go better. Much to my surprise, I noticed some fogging still on the inside of the windshield, inside of the FSD camera box, where it is stuck against the windshield. Defrost mode can't hit that, as it is enclosed....

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it supposed to be hermetically sealed so that humidity can't enter and condense on the windshield? Mine definitely isn't.

Yes, we all have this.
All cybertrucks so far I have seen, I’ve noticed this issue. It is from the offgassing of all the glue and plastic they used on this truck.

Before anyone says that’s common, I’ve owned other Teslas and it is not near the amount of offgassing as this, and I had diligently cleaned my windshield on the inside since delivery.

There is a process to take that off and clean that, but I’m sure the service center will do it for you if you mark on your list.

I have not personally seen this in Texas yet however do not doubt it is a problem, especially for FSD.

My CT is currently in service where they added an extra line item for "Model SX3Y - Clean Windshield B-Surface Camera Area" I wonder if this is Tesla's attempt at fixing the issue. However it only says Model SX3Y and not CT so I'm not sure why it's on my repair list.

Yes, it is and they know it. They also added a new maintenance box on your cars with the latest update and it has “clean windshield camera” now and the service interval time.

AFAIK, it's not hermetically sealed, the cover actually comes off pretty easy.
There should be a heating coil that I think that you can see from the outside, embedded in the window that's responsible for the heating and dehumidification.

But if you got frost, ALL the cameras need to be clear. Not just the ones in the car. The side cameras are as important as the windshield cameras for FSD. The front and rear aren't as importantant.

The windshield camera area is not sealed, there's even a little fan in there.

I did need to clean the glass after awhile, which I documented here:

Fwiw mine did this today for the first time in SF Bay area. Got my truck in March, seems an odd and unfortunate miss for Tesla engineers if it's generic. I read with interest the idea of a fan or mitigation in the camera box. Any idea that this might be a software problem or part failure? I'll reach out to service but curious if any experience. BTW, neither defrost or defog setting seemed to help.

I brought my truck in today for this issue, the service advisor said that all the newer Tesla vehicles seem to suffer from this, not just the Cyber truck. He said once the service is complete, they don't seem to come back with the same problem. It seems as if Tesla made a change in materials, likely an adhesive that off gases. I'm encouraged that he said it seems like a one time service to correct the problem.

I just had my tires rotated and asked them to clean the clean the front camera area while it was in there. I had started getting FSD warnings in bright sunlight, and the camera images looked hazy when I checked.

As an interesting side effect, I notice that the truck now uses the brights at night much more often than before I had the camera area cleaned. I'm not sure why this would be, but it's a definite change and I don't think I'm imagining it. Maybe it thought the haze was outside, and the brights would make it worse?

Anyway, there's no charge for the cleaning.
