I have about 13,000 on my AWD CT since May delivery.
I rent it out on Turo and had a reservation for it from 12/21 - 12/26.
On Friday 12/20 night after returning to the truck after 90 minutes at dinner I was greeted with -
The truck moved into drive fine but with no FSD, no regen, no hold, & the errors I reset the interface with the scroll wheels and drove to a nearby supercharger to charge, vehicle accepted the charge but errors remained.
I called Tesla support, they confirmed they could see the errors but a "reset" failed....they recommended a service center visit. (I already have the "next available" previously scheduled for 1/13/25).
I messaged the guest to notify him of possible issues.
But Saturday morning the truck was fine, I drove it around all day and to the airport to drop off for the Turo client.
By Sunday afternoon the errors recurred and the renter dropped the truck off at a Supercharger and terminated the rental agreement.
I picked up the truck late Sunday evening and the errors were resolved. Nonetheless rather than return home with a flaky truck we dropped it off at the SC last night.
Anyone here seen similar issues?
Anyone care to guess WTF is going on?
