Migrate two Tesla accounts??

My CT just delivered on Sunday (3/17). I placed the order with different Tesla accounts five years ago. I don't use that email anymore. I current use another email for another Tesla account. And there are some other vehicles and equipment in it. Such as my Model Y, Wall charger and PowerWall (in coming)

Question is.
How do I transfer my CT from old Tesla account to current Tesla account?
I googled, there are some different solutions since 2016. But they are all out-of-work today (2024).
Does anyone have experience about this issue?

First congrats!! Happy for you!

Second, this may be worth a quick visit to the dealer center instead of a phone call. I’d go early morning during the week as well when it’s not as crowded and I’ll bet an advisor can help you.

I would be super careful with this, would go to the service center you picked it up at and explain things, take plenty of proof, etc. First reaction may be this was a bought reservation so would make sure you have everything you need and go in in person.

Try going to the app an hot the hamburger bar, My Products - Add Product.

Be careful, one poster had a similar situation (they sold their Tesla to their neighbor and the account went to the neighbor and they created a new account) and Tesla caught it and rejected delivery claiming fraud. (It was if the poster was buying the reservation from the neighbor).

You may want to go to Delivery Center and explain the situation and see if they can help. Make sure that you can provide that you are the absolute owner of both accounts.

I echo that ? and get names and times. You can never be too sure. Document, that way if there is an issue in the future, you have documentation to backup your statements. It may seem excessive, but it may have an effect on a hot item in the future, and that would suck.

I got resolved my issue. My two account are "merged"
Actually, the old account still there but the vehicle was moved from old to current account.

What I did in 2024
1. Email to Tesla support account: [email protected]
2. Describe my problem
3. Provide necessary documentations. Oder agreements, DMV title, Driver license. ETC.
4. Wait for account merged.
