Now here's a question, (especially for the non-side mirror lovers):
How will you ever be able to see down the sides of a trailer with non-extendable mirrors when towing, not to mention with side rear cameras only?? Just a thought

I agree with this concern. I was a bit disappointed with towing in the Model Y because of the small size of the side mirrors, and additionally the small and weird shaped mirrors on the Cybertruck. I had hoped they would have included or offered an option for some extendable type mirror for towing.

It’ll be interesting to tow for the first time with it generally. I couldn’t imagine towing only with the cameras. Those who will shoot remove the mirrors probably won’t use their truck to tow much anyway.

No doubt there will be someone supplying, I would prefer one with similar styling.

I have big concerns about towing, I have a travel trailer which weighs about 6000 lbs so I figure the best I can do is about 100 miles between charging. I normally tow about 5000 miles per trip, that would be 50 stops for charging. I guess I’ll stick with my Ram.
Plus the truck is now $30k more expensive, I guess I’m out.

I think there is a chance Tesla can get the range up from 100 miles towing, hopefully with a software release soon.
