After a couple supercharger stops not able to get the wand to connect, discovered the cause was bent main center pins in the wands. Since then I started looking at the wand pins before connecting it and it looks like service may be just removing the bent pins. I’m still reporting the missing pins on the app and the truck still connects and charges just fine without the pins. Hopefully, the pins are not staying in the vehicle side… Anyone else notice this or know if service is just removing damaged and bent pins?

I carry knifes and screwdrivers etc with me, and if they’re bent I’ll bend them back and use it. Metal can only bend so many times before they just break off. It’s wise to check the ends everytime you insert into your car, never know what terrorists be doing these days.
