It's modular set up, so Rack + side panel options + roof or Tent option. The tent comes preassembled. You can start with Rack and add, change as needed.

And there will be internal shelving and storage options coming shortly as well.
When is going up for sale!!!!??!?!!???

Leak the price? Hehehe

Ok… what prices do you think we should charge for the following options:

  1. the bed rack SHOULD cost for a bare bones (4 top Bars, mounting feet and top knuckles w/ connecting bars between on top? (Like an extrusion Overland full height bed rack)

  2. and then add on cost of stainless steel molle panel side plates, powder coated matte black, add on cost?

Wondering what everybody thinks?

Answer the thread and then send me a message for a 20% off coupon to buy anything from our site next month.

… and 30% off to the anybody who guesses the price right for both options within $50.

Sound fair?

Alright, I'll bite.
  • You're selling each bar for about $375-$400ish, so already I'm seeing 4 x avg of $386 = $1550
  • You're selling a 2 bar bridge kit is $250, and you have at least 3 of them in there for $750ish
  • Then you have all those risers to get it close to level, but I have no reference point on those, so I'll take a wild guess on those being approximately 4 bar bridge kits worth for another $500ish
  • I've already accounted for mounting hardware in the bar price and the bridge kit prices, just missing the those turn pieces, but I'd guess somewhere around $35 for 4, so tack on $70
  • A set of 3 molle panels is listed as $750, but these are not a square shape. I'll just guess at about $750 per side so we'll say $1500.
So without a tail or roof cover, that adds up to my best guess being $4370 as pictured. *Phew*

@tmeyer3 all respect to your calculations and logic, but still seems pretty steep considering that the more bundled the products, usually the discount on the total improves, in addition to considering the current and future competition. I believe in a past post/response, @CYBERTRUCKco mentioned approximately a lesser price, or it was @Mars Adventure Gear who did for a full rack system. Either way, I'd assume relatively twice the price compared to @Mars Adventure Gear at 1299 for their 1/2 roof system (which includes multiple bars/components), which would equal to 2600, plus additional side panels...
So I'm assuming:
1) The rack system itself will cost 2200
2) The full modular build-out with the side molle panels at 3000.
Who knows what the solid enclosure and/or tent set-up will cost...
TESLA may come out with their system as well any day, but who knows...
@CYBERTRUCKco is in a good position due to their first mover advantage.

Hopefully it's a win-win for everyone, because if competition comes out with a much cheaper product of the same quality, then reputation decreases. It's BETTER to build a great product, make a profit, and build a solid reputation than vice-versa. Need to consider what the average prices for overland bed rack systems are as well, but just google those and realize charging anything over 4000 is out of the question

I mean is this like The Price Is Right, “closest to the actual retail price without going over?”. Cause if I am bidding against tmeyer3, I am going with $4371.00!!!!! Sorry tmeyer3, but just to let you know………….. when I was sick and stayed home from school, I never won a Show Case Showdown bidding from home. Maybe this will be a first. Hopefully I overbid by $500.00.
