I heard it was "glued" and if it were to come undone it would just straighten out.My favorite Monroe CT video to date. I nerded out listening to the engineers and seeing those massive machines in action.
I was surprised to learn that the inner door shell and frunk panel support structure are made from stamped stainless steel.
I would still like to know how they manufacture the front valance. It has a top lip under the LED running light that is bent at 90 degrees but it doesn’t show any signs of welding.
