I got my CT 10 days ago and already sent to SC because steering wheel had some problems and fixed it.
Today, I found the rubber seal is falling off.
I tried to put it in again but didn't work and keep falling down. It's just hanging like the photo now.
When I checked the other side, it looks mostly same.
Is it OK to get rid of it?

This is my first Tesla and I'm really confusing about the quality of car now.
Is this kind of stuff "in spec" for Tesla? or should I check with Service Center?

Definitely not 'spec'.

But I've never seen anything like it posted to the forum before!

Go make them fix it ^-^

They are designed to come off. If you are drying the truck in that area and drag a microfiber or such along it they will get snagged and start to come off. I just keep an eye on them and push them in when I see them coming off.

I noticed the same thing on my drivers mirror a couple days ago. No way I schedule a service visit for that alone! I’ll wait for some greater reason and THEN add it to the visit!
