OP said the door open button wasn't working either, they had to use manual release. It's fairly obvious there's no power, resetting won't do anything.
Try to follow along. There was power when it became obvious something was wrong. The question was whether they tried to do a re-boot.

To give everyone an update, the truck is on a flat bed on its way to tesla currently. They charged the frunk from the outside to get it open, and now the frunk wont close all the way, so its probably getting rained in while on its way to tesla. No one knows why the car isn't getting power. Only has 70 miles on it. I will update once I hear back.

No, there wasn't power when he figured out something was wrong. OP said he got in, everything was on, presses the brake and screen goes black, door open button not working confirms no power and not just a display issue.

Hopefully, it's just a small glitch and you will get your truck back quickly. Frunk latch not closing without power seems like silly over-engineering.

As @Crissa has correctly pointed out, a blank screen does not mean there is no power to the computer. It could have just been locked up. With everything on upon entry, the battery was not flat.

Just guessing but the 48v might have had just enough power to get in and start the process but died out quick. It doesn’t matter how much charge the main battery has. Seems like the parts that control the low voltage things are having issues in some of these trucks.

Not sure why you keep ignoring the fact that the door button wasn't working either, that's confirmation there's no power. And now OP has posted further confirming they had to jump it to open the frunk.

Seem to me some loose end of electric wires.
No electronic components can broke in such short service time even the ones made in China.

We've never known enough to say what the problem was. That's why the question of whether a re-boot was attempted was asked. It was a valid question and a non-responsive vehicle with a blank screen does not change that.

For 45 years I've always been very good at troubleshooting ICE vehicles for a no-start condition. Do you know why? Because I know how to use logic and am very careful not to make unwarranted assumptions. Unwarranted assumptions lie at the root of most problems people have to face. And I'm not just talking about vehicles.

Actually it's not. The door will not open for a number of possible reasons. The main computer has to tell it to open.
