It's just a couple of percent difference, if I recall correctly. It's common for tires of the same size spec to have different diameters and tread widths by a few percent. The manufacturers don't feel very constrained by the specs.

Yeah, 5mm resolution in width and 5% resolution in aspect ratio leave a bit of variability. And then there is actual revolutions per mile under load...
