I just stopped by the Tesla store in Libertyville, Illinois and they had over 20 Cybertrucks in the back lot, I would guess next week will be a huge delivery week when pedals repairs are complete. I was the first delivery from that store just three weeks ago, looks like significant progress. I checked a few VINs, the few I checked ranged from 500 below mine (~41XX) to 2500k higher.
Wouldn’t surprise me to see another week or two with no deliveries. Some service centers are working with skeleton crews after the layoffs. The 3d printed jig is on back order with no ETA, they seem to be prioritizing high volume locations and shipping multiple to those SCs for mobile techs. It blows my mind that they can’t just order every SC a 3d printer, but whatever. I should’ve trusted my gut and asked for a new VIN.

I look at it more like...
No, he posts sarcastically. But as your post demonstrates, other people won't read it that way.

If losing one in ten will make your staff 'skeleton', what was it before?

My SC was already short staffed and had a bunch of service positions open last week. There is simply too much work and too little people. This is one SC serving all of SWFL

Why don’t you give the Member making a claim the benefit of the doubt instead of jumping on Teslas side immediately. We all want Tesla to improve in the quality control department. You quickly accuse this owner of doing wrong with NO PROOF and quickly side with Tesla with NO PROOF. Yet we have recalls that involve the accelerator pedal, SBW and brakes. But yeah “rationally and logically”
I didn't accuse the guy who failed to negotiate the corner of doing anything wrong (beyond having too much speed to negotiate the acute angle turn). And that is where the facts lead. The alternate explanation I was responding to (the brake and accelerator applied simultaneously) would have resulted in a loud audible alert and that's not what the subject reported. Furthermore, the brake pedal overrides the accelerator pedal, as pointed out in the recent recall notice.

In other words, the facts of the crash, as reported by the actual crash victim, are not at all consistent with a loose accelerator cover causing the accelerator pedal to be stuck in the floored position.

I have not said anything indicating I'm not in favor of quality improvements, it's just that I don't jump to conclusions without supporting evidence. So please refrain from accusing me of "jumping on Tesla's side immediately". I'm simply following the facts in a rational manner.

Certainly discussing shortfalls is fine but simple negativity and shitting on everything is pointless.
And far too many Cybertruck Owners Club forum members fall into that category. They only exist to shit on everything Tesla, , Elon Musk, Cybertruck and even EVs in general, all while claiming to be Cybertruck enthusiasts. It's so transparent I wonder why they don't get banned sooner. Unfortunately, even the ones banned come back under a new alias, that's why these despicable types almost always have relatively recent join dates.

20 pedals to fix? They really should be done within the hour. Just sayin'.

If they even have the jig. I just read on Twitter that Jacksonville FL has an ETA of May 1st!!! For the 3D printed jig. That is insane. I can print one for every Service Center in America and have them overnighted in a day, why can’t Tesla?
