Noise canceling speakers update?

Has anyone heard about the update for the noise cancellation speakers on the cyber truck? I just got a cyber truck a month ago and was interested when the update will be released.

It's available in the latest release and there are thread(s) here on it. Bottom line for me was that it requires a very narrow set of things to calibrate while driving and when it's done I couldn't tell the difference.

I got my ANC update last night! 2024 FS dual motor

After the ANC update, at freeway speeds I noticed a very slight lessening of wind noise by turning it on and after a few seconds turning it off.

It does take several minutes to ‘calibrate’.

If anyone has an audio spectrum analyzer they might get better information.

I updated a week or so ago, no noise cancelling. I get into the truck this morning and notice the new feature dot, yep it's there. 2024 Foundation Series

I have the latest software, but no ANC. Not sure why, I have re-booted several times, still doesn't show up in the Audio tab.

The feature showed up ‘after’ the last correct update. 4-5 days later? (Also, it’s possible the ANC may not be available on the latest lower cost AWD Cybertruck)

I did have a quick look with an audio spectrum analyzer and see no difference with it activated vs de-activated. This aligns well with what I hear with it on or off. I plan a more in depth test when I have time.

It's not a quality check, it's a diagnostic tool. If there is no measurable difference it implies the feature isn't active when expected. If only a small delta is observed then the issue is more likely how it is being implemented. At this point it appears to be the former.
