It's not loud most of the time but there have been a few time were it is and then settles down but on low speed there is always a little rattle or ringing like noise. Anyone had theirs looked at?

It's difficult to record the sound but I can hear it in the video if I turn down the base and turn up the volume. It's most noticeable at about 7 seconds in.

If you think that it is a problem, open a Service Request.

I’ve had this issue. It’s hard to point out to service because it usually happens for me first time AC is booting up in a while and then eventually goes away

I believe that it is running at full speed to try to expel the hot air. And the battery cooler is defintiely running in warmer temperatures.

It comes and goes but is almost always there at fan speeds 1-3 and randomly will be louder. It sounds mechanical and not like normal fan air noise.

Did you ever figure out fan noise. I have a clicking sound that varies with fan speed. It goes away at some point then comes back randomly

Unfortunately I haven't. I kind of gave up on the AC fan noises and the front motor noises. The truck had been in multiple times for various things each time they caused more damage. After the last time the windshield wiper is messed up and they added marks to the tonneau cover. I didn't feel like having them take that apart and try to fix it. Now there are a couple of recalls, one for the window wiper motor and something else I forget but I just don't want more damage on the vehicle so I'm not going to do it for now. It's kind of disappointing.
