I thought we should have a dedicated thread for non foundation series ordering, timeline and deliveries.

This will be for those who chose to keep their original reservation and opted to not order the Foundation Series as well as those like myself who has an early reservation but no FS invite and everyone else.

With this thread being updated by us on the forum, we can see when Tesla starts with the non FS orders, timeline until VIN(s) are given and deliveries are made.

These are definitely exciting times and I for one cannot wait to order my Cybertruck.

I'm in the waiting for non-foundation series group, just want an AWD, then I'll see what options I want. It has me wondering how accurate the predicted price will be once they start shipping them as well as finding out exactly what's built into the non-foundation and what is optioned.

I’m sure if past offerings are an indicator, they will offer the dual motor and tri-motor non FS followed by the rear/single motor. All the optional items will be in the Tesla store via À la cart options. We can decide what we want and what we don’t want which I like much better than the whole FS package.

Very hard to predict when Tesla will open sales for nonfoundation cybertrucks. The faster the production ramp and the sooner that FS buyers slow to a trickle the sooner it will be. Tesla does not want standing inventory.

Received the email Wed 17th Jan 24 but I wanted AWD so dual for me.

The Gov website doesn't have the CT listed for the rebate yet.

But at just under $80,000 plus FL sales tax, (5,600) and the other costs, it will likely be $90,000+

Then there is insurance. Progressive and Geico don't list the CT.

It was great at $49,900 FL sales tax ($3,500) plus the rest probably $56,000, but now, 50+% higher, it looks like my Jeep Wrangler might be going for some time.

We have been waiting for a very long time. I received the email for the foundation series but it is way out of my price range. I've been saving for four years now and have just enough for the one I ordered in the first place. Seems to me if these prices keep going up I will be priced out of the market for the electric truck I need.

I'm in a similar boat. Hoping for a stock jump to make up the difference.

I have not-so-good news for your statement...

Tesla Stock is on a downward spiral channel. But I hope I am wrong for you.

When the non-FS order books open up is the million dollar question.

After 3k units? After 5k units? After 10k units? Only FS trucks for the remainder of 2024 production?
