North Texas Powershare Installation Experience

Tesla Energy came out to install my PowerShare Gateway 3V and Universal Wall Connector. Flat install rate $3500

First contact from Project Advisor April 5th
Site Survey May 6th
Adobe Sign final contract July 17th
Installation Scheduled July 31st 9-11AM
Installation August 1st 8AM-3:30PM

App shows a WiFi error with the wall connector and no KW indications. Not sure what’s happening there, but I’ll have to do some more troubleshooting.

Gateway looks like my Tesla solar inverters. Wonder if it’s possible to recess that into the wall like the breaker box’s. Suppose something to ask my installer.

Appears VIN got whitelisted today. Oddly thought I still show 0kW off the grid. Anyone with a similar experience?

Edit: All fixed .. after spending about three hours on the line with Tier 1 and not getting anywhere, I took a chance on a 'Factory Reset' via the Tesla One app. Simply re-entered my location, timezone, network, installer info, and voila! Fully functioning system with accurate kW indications. I'm also happy to report PowerShare works really well with zero load shedding, even my two air conditioners start and run with no issues.
